Welcome to LaikaLang.com ("LaikaLang", "we", "us", "our"), an online creative community platform where users may publish and share lyrics, rap verses, poetry, written thoughts, and related content, and interact through comments.

By accessing or using LaikaLang.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

LaikaLang.com is operated by an independent self-employed professional (autónomo) established in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

2. Eligibility

By submitting User Content, you grant LaikaLang a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable (as necessary to operate the platform), and sublicensable license to:

• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute within the platform
• Promote the content within the LaikaLang ecosystem

This license exists solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

4.3 Promotion and Sharing by Others

By publishing content publicly, you acknowledge that other users may share your content, provided that proper author attribution is included and the sharing occurs in a positive and contextual manner.

Users are reminded of proper crediting obligations at the time of sharing.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Threats of violence
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Defamation
• Encouragement of self-harm
• Uploading illegal material
• Copyright infringement
• Impersonation
• Spamming or manipulation

You may only upload content that is lawful in your jurisdiction and in Spain.

6. Community Protection & Enforcement

• We may remove content at our sole discretion.
• We may suspend or permanently ban users without prior notice.

This platform exists to promote creativity and mutual respect. While these provisions are necessary for legal protection, the overwhelming majority of users contribute positively.

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• That content will not be removed

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaikaLang shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, user disputes, or user-generated content.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service (currently €0).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaikaLang and its operator from claims arising out of your content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

13. Relationship with AZRhymes

LaikaLang may be linked to or promoted through AZRhymes.com and related platforms but operates independently under its own legal framework.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
